Due to Ofcom regulations, providers like us are required to supply battery backup solutions to keep Openreach equipment running during power outages, along with other obligations. These requirements have significantly increased the cost and complexity of providing Full Fibre services, particularly for elderly customers. As a result, we have had to make the difficult decision to withdraw from offering Full Fibre services. We understand this may be disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you choose a new provider, please make sure to inform them if you have a care alarm connected to your line. Failure to declare this may result in Openreach refusing to complete the installation if an alarm is later found. Your provider must also supply a free battery backup for both the router and the fibre ONT (Optical Network Terminal).
