Home2Phone - Request for more information

Home2Phone - Low Cost Phone Service For The Elderly - Unlike most other providers, the Home2Phone service is not a call divert system. Instead, it's a smart and flexible alternative to a traditional landline. With Home2Phone, your existing home phone number is transferred to a special SIM card inside a 4G router – so you can take your phone service with you almost anywhere.

Don't just switch off your home telephone number, just move it to your mobile.

Important Information About Handsets and Handsets with an Answer Machine

Not all telephone handsets are compatible with modern digital lines, especially models with built-in answering machines, and in some cases even newer phones. Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way of knowing if a handset will work until it is connected to the router.
Some handsets have built-in displays that do not require a mains power connection, as they are powered directly from the telephone line. These types of handsets are not compatible with digital lines because modern digital services no longer provide the necessary voltage to power the display and ringer.
If you are using a handset of this type, or if you are unsure, we strongly recommend ordering a special adaptor with a built-in ring capacitor to ensure your handset functions correctly. These adaptors cost just £3.99 (including VAT) if purchased with the Home2Phone router at the same time. Please indicate in the form below if you require an adaptor with a ring capacitor. Please note: We are aware that the BT2700 and BT4600 models require this adaptor. We also recommend purchasing an adaptor if you are using a Care Alarm.

Please note, you are NOT placing an order with us at this stage. Once we receive the completed form, we will provide you with a detailed cost breakdown. This is entirely without obligation, and you are not required to proceed.

✅ Recommended Before Sending

Do you need a special telephone adaptor for your handset with Answer Machine or have a Care Alarm?

Handsets with a built in Answer Machine and Care Alarms — including BT2700 and BT4600 models may require a special adaptor with a built-in ring capacitor to help function correctly on digital lines. If you have a telephone with a built in Answer Machine or a Care Alarm we STRONGLY recommend ordering a special adaptor. However, we cannot guarantee that even with this adaptor your telephone answering machine will work correctly. If voicemail is needed, we recommend requesting the 1571 messaging service on the line itself.

If you are unsure, we recommend requesting one to avoid compatibility issues. Adaptors are available for £3.99 (including VAT) if purchased with the Home2Phone router at the same time.
